Orchestrating curated, community-focused events centered around specific programming initiatives

Leading and empowering volunteer committees; providing guidance, advice, and support on a consistent and reliable basis

On-site event management including staff and volunteer coordination

Manage legal compliance (insurance, liability, permitting, safety regulations, etc.), event registrations and communications with constituency, personnel, and external vendors

Developing and implementing cohesive communications and marketing strategy; including social media, print & digital campaigns and web content

Creating and overseeing event budgets and financial projections

Developing strategy to expand events to new locations while maintaining vision and mission consistency

Facilitating on-going sponsorships and building new partnerships with sponsors, local businesses and vendors

Implementing sales, ticket & donation tracking programs, managing constituent files to ensure confidentiality and providing timely updates to organization leadership

Spearheading new events to effectively reach new constituencies, retain current and engaged volunteers and build brand and organizational recognition within the community.
